Access to health care for older persons with mobility problems and those in difficult-to-reach environments especially in disaster-prone Chipinge and Chimanimani districts is a major problem. NANZ has trialled the Outreach approach with great success during the cyclone Idai recovery period. Securing funding for such initiatives remains a big challenge.
